Maps for the final Twins stadium votes

The legislature passed a bill which allows Hennepin County to fund a Twins stadium through a countywide sales tax without being required to submit the plan to the county's voters in a referendum.

Below are voting maps for the final version of the bill, which emerged from a House-Senate conference committee last weekend. The bill passed by a 34-32 vote in the Senate and a 71-61 vote in the House (h/t Votetracker).

And for the sake of completeness, here is a voting map for the stadium bill initially passed by the Senate, which would have funded stadiums for the Gophers, Twins, and Vikings and metro-wide transportation projects through a sales tax on purchases in the seven-county metro area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties). The 34-32 vote fell along party lines with a few exceptions (most notably gubernatorial candidate Becky Lourey).

Update: In earlier posts, I presented maps for the April 26 House vote on pretty much the same bill that came out of conference committee above and the House vote on the Lenczewski amendment which would have required a referendum.
